Grandparents Day Celebrated at Faith Baptist Church

Faith Baptist Church celebrated Grandparents Day with a special morning of music, laughter, and appreciation for the grandparents who hold such a special place in the lives of our families.

The church’s youth took center stage during the special presentation, honoring grandparents with songs and a fun-filled program. The children reminded everyone just how precious the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren can be.

Adding plenty of smiles and laughter to the celebration, the youth dressed up as if they were 100 years old! With gray hair, old-fashioned clothing, and plenty of character, the children brought a lighthearted touch to the morning while celebrating the wisdom and experience that come with age.

The presentation was a wonderful reminder that grandparents are a blessing to families and to the church. Their prayers, wisdom, love, encouragement, and faithful example help shape the next generation.

Faith Baptist Church is thankful for every grandparent represented in the congregation and for the important role they play in the lives of their families. Grandparents Day was a beautiful opportunity for the church family to pause and say “thank you” to these special men and women.
